Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition with original tags and packaging.

For hygiene reasons, underwear, socks, and perfumes are non-returnable.

Refunds

Refunds are processed after the returned item is inspected and approved.
Approved refunds are issued via Instapay, bank transfer, or digital wallet within 1–7 business days.
